EbLogix Professional Services Model

Eb Logix offers an automated support notification system available 24x7x365. Clients can either call the EbLogix hotline after regular business hours, log onto our website, or email directly to support@eblogix.com. You will be asked to assign a severity level to the service call based on the impact to their business:

Trouble Ticket Severity Levels

  • Severity 1 - Your system is down resulting in  loss of functionality for your entire organization.
  • Severity 2 - Downtime or loss of functionality for several members of your organization or complete downtime for yourself.
  • Severity 3 -Loss of functionality but not complete downtime for yourself only.
  • Severity 4 - A service request or technical question. This has no effect on daily business.
